Your order number is indicated in the confirmation email you receive immediately after placing your order on KIRA ATHLETICS. It appears in your order summary.

Once your payment has been validated, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed starting the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the chosen method: Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days; Colissimo: 3 to 5 business days; Chronopost Express: 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can track your package until it is delivered. Therefore, for example, the 3 to 5 days for Mondial Relay do not include the 1 to 2 days of preparation: the two timeframes are added together.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
To initiate your return, contact our Customer Service department at contact@kiraathletics.com, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then provide you with the instructions to follow.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with their tags attached.
