FAQ

Do KIRA products fit true to size?

KIRA products fit true to size. However, some pieces are designed with a sculpting effect and higher compression than standard activewear. They may therefore feel more snug when putting them on.

Does the size guide apply to all products?

The size guide applies to the majority of KIRA products. However, some models may have a specific fit or level of compression. We recommend checking the information on the product page before choosing your size.

How do I choose the right size?

Start by checking the product page: you will find details regarding its fit and support.
You can also use our size recommendation tool. Simply enter your information to get a personalized recommendation.
For more details, also consult our Size Guide.

How do I know if the fit is not right?

Your KIRA outfit should be snug and support your body without being uncomfortable. If the garment causes pain, compresses excessively, rolls down significantly, or limits your movement, we recommend choosing a larger size.

What is the difference between sculpting pieces and activewear pieces?

• Sculpting pieces: designed to provide more compression and follow the body's curves.
• Activewear pieces: prioritize freedom of movement while offering support and comfort.
• Hybrid pieces: combine a sculpting effect with flexibility to support you in your daily life as well as during your workouts.

How should KIRA products be worn?

A KIRA piece should be snug, supportive, and comfortable. You may feel slight compression, especially with sculpting models, but you should be able to move, breathe, and work out freely.

Is it normal for my product to feel tight when trying it on for the first time?

Yes. Some KIRA models may feel snugger during the first try-on, particularly due to their sculpting material and level of support. The material is designed to contour to the body and move with you. However, the garment should never be painful or restrict your movement.

What should I do if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for more comfort, especially if you prefer light compression. If you are looking for a more sculpting effect and a snugger feel, the smaller size may be suitable depending on the model. We recommend checking the specific indications on the product page.
